Who Has The Power?

Aikido is the modernist version of Kenjitsu, or The Way of The Sword. Many of its unarmed self-defence movements are inspired by samurai sword fighting tactics. Or so we heard on a podcast. It's definitely worth getting your children to learn this excellent form of self-defence, which uses the attacker's own strength against him.

What's not so excellent is the incredibly early reintroduction of power outages. This was "only" supposed to happen around mid-month. We guess we can't really complain... we have the tools at our disposal to keep working whatever the weather... especially the kind that "wets coal".

Unfortunately, it's not so great for the economy. Expect a rough ride this year, fellow citizens. You'll have to learn the art of Not Going Mad at the traffic light queues.
